These terms apply when you use the CAPTAIN21 storefront, create an account, or place an order. By using the storefront, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You may use Google Sign-In to create or access your CAPTAIN21 customer account. You are responsible for using an account you are authorized to access and for keeping access to that Google account secure.
Products and availability
Product images, descriptions, sizes, colors, prices, and stock are provided to help you choose items. Stock can change as orders are placed. An item shown online may become unavailable before an order is completed.
Prices and payments
Prices shown in the storefront are the prices used for the order unless a promotion or adjustment is clearly shown. Any converted currency amount shown for convenience is an estimate. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. If payment evidence is required, the order may remain pending until it is reviewed.
Orders
An order is created after checkout is submitted successfully. CAPTAIN21 may contact you if order information is incomplete, an item becomes unavailable, or a payment or delivery issue needs clarification.
Shipping
You are responsible for providing accurate recipient, phone, address, and delivery-service information. Delivery timing can vary by carrier and destination. When available, delivery status and receipt information can be viewed from your account.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Eligibility depends on the order status, item condition, payment status, and the circumstances of the request. Contact CAPTAIN21 support as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order or request a return or refund.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the storefront, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another customer's account or order information, or use automated activity to abuse checkout, authentication, promotions, or inventory.
Service availability
We aim to keep CAPTAIN21 available and accurate, but temporary outages, maintenance, third-party service issues, or data-sync delays can occur.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when store features, business practices, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
